1. Heat Adjustment Dial: To adjust the temperature.
2. Power On/Off lamp: It will turn on automatically when the power is turned on.
3. SMTS On/Off Button: To turn SMTS On/Off: When pressed once the SMTS lamp will blink and the SMTS mode is set for 1 hr. When pressed twice, the SMTS lamp will be stable and mode is set for 8 hrs. When pressed thrice the SMTS mode will turn off.
4. Heat On/Off Button: It will turn the heat mode On/Off.

SMTS Mat

SMTS Mat is used by one person at a time. It is a full size mat which is made of 1245 hexagon super Hygiea. Hyigea contains the energy of 19 natural elements which transfer this natural energy deep into our body. Heating device works as a catalyst.
